Run-Open House
Join us for a fun chance to win $125 and view 5 beautiful homes in
Lantana! Just visit each house listed on
the attached map (Map for Poker Run) in any order between 2-4 pm on
September 14, 2014.
Each time you view a home, you will be invited to draw a card from a
deck. Once you have viewed all 5 homes and collected 5 cards you may then
“play” your hand. Your hand results will be recorded and initialed. You need
not be present to win. All hands will be reviewed and a winner announced at
4:15. (If you are not present, it may take a bit longer to be notified) Highest
hand wins.
*Standard 5 card poker rules apply
*Must have one card from each home to play
*May be asked to initial card upon drawing
from deck
*Must have agent/representative initial
card when drawn
*Must view all homes and provide contact
information to be eligible to win
*All hands must be turned in by 4:05pm day
of event
*No absentee players
*Lastly, this event is sponsored by the
listing agents of these 5 homes. Keller Williams is in no way responsible. Any omissions
should be considered an oversight; no deliberate attempts to mislead have been
made. In the event of any conflict or
discrepancy we will seek the fairest equitable solution. We rely on a vote of
sponsoring parties.
